This foundational training in Restorative Yoga is designed for healthcare providers (doctors, therapists, nurses, etc.) seeking to integrate yoga as a therapeutic method into their practice. Particularly well-suited for seniors and individuals with chronic conditions, this type of yoga combines relaxation, regeneration, and stress reduction. The course offers both theoretical and practical insights into Restorative Yoga, focusing on musculoskeletal, respiratory, and psycho-emotional disorders. It covers adapted postures, stress management techniques using props, and methods for assessing patient needs. The goal is to provide simple, effective therapeutic tools that practitioners can teach their patients to enhance their quality of life. Lou de Vitry, the course instructor, brings over 40 years of yoga experience and 25 years of teaching expertise. She has taught in major cities worldwide and is renowned for her adaptable teaching style, tailored to severe conditions and specific patient needs.
